Outcome 9 rescued by police boats, having been summoned by the chase boat. No injuries 
Description Boat carrying nine rowers flipped over in choppy waters near Reagan National Airport. Police received a call from a chase boat following the racing scull that the boat capsized. Three Harbor Patrol boats were dispatched to rescue the rowers. All nine people were rescued and were taken to the Alexandria Community Rowing Club where they started. No one was injured.
