Outcome Two dead 
Description Rowing tour. While at target location, wind & waves increased. Still, rowers decide to trust their boat and left for home. Soon the boat swamped, got unrowable but did not sink. The crew was forced to stay with the boat and await the boat drifting towards the shore. Upon landfall, one rower ran for help.
