Description Rushed first stroke and starboards dipped oars. Boat tipped to port and rowers panicked. They let go of oars and the boat went over. Novice, less than 2 months experience. No one was hurt. 4 rowers and coxswain were cold and wet. Righted boat, got back in, rowed the boat to shore, emptied it, and continued with practice.
