Outcome Boat fully swamped by high waves, everyone rescued 
Description Description Boat filled with water during head race. Rowers and cox stayed in the shell, which remained upright. First referee to respond (3 minutes) got all 5 in launch and covered (blazer, 2 windbreakers, 2 mylar exposure blankets); took to shore. Second launch (marshall) recovered the shell. After medical review everyone was OK.
