Boat Construction MPS, sealed underseat compartments
Outcome Crew were able to row back to the pontoon within 2-3 minutes of the incident, hampered only by the continuing heavy swell. 
Description Boat had just left the pontoon, hit by wash from tug used to push large barges. Although totally swamped, boat remained buoyant with oarlocks well clear of the water.
